Face Claims are individual for specific characters and cannot be shared barring some very specific story-related circumstances which will need to be discussed with the staff first. The face claim will remain locked in for a character until 3 months after the character is set inactive. After that, the face claim is released and can be re-claimed by other people for their character. Any complaints, suggestions and tips can be directed to the staff.
