Description:
Not the tallest of the Wyr, Alexander has a presence to himself that makes him almost seem bigger than he is, at least in his human form. He has broad shoulders and strong arms, well-maintained physique, shoulder-length light brown hair and forest-green eyes. While never really in an outfit to show it off, his torso is tattooed with different tribal symbols from old norse culture, cyrillic writing and wyvern-related imagery.

Not an openly cheerful guy, the Wyr commander is straightforward when confronted but never gives more than is useful to him to people that are not connected to the organization. He is a curiosity in the European media and the press loves him but he rarely speaks to them, preferring to remain in the shadow unlike his american kin. In that same line, nobody really can be sure of what kind of a Wyr Alexander is. They simply know that he is old and seems all-knowing.

To those in his inner circle, he is a laid-back boss most of the time, capable of taking a joke and going along with it but not allowing disrespect for his own person and position. Secretive even with his closest associates, he is rumoured to be connected to many females but never tied down.

Clothed casually when within the Grey Castle, he does follow a strict formal style whenever on official business. Jeans and t-shirts with hoodies change places with a tuxedo when required, his hair usually a light brown tangle framing his face but can be tamed into a slicked back hair-do. No man-buns though. Because man-buns are stupid.

There is no jewelry, no real decoration to his person besides the mystique that he has gathered around his person. Sure, when wearing a formal suit, he has a tie and a silver watch and cufflinks like any other guy but when in his normal surroundings, there is none of that. Just a man or a Wyr whatever his shape.

<In his Wyr form, Alexander is taller than an African elephant but way more agile and slimmer than one. Wingless body covered in dark green scales that armor his shape efficiently, he moves on all fours, his reptilian eyes ever-attentive. A long tail with a poisonous, sharp tip is always on the move so to not be targeted by adversaries. He has the ability to go unseen and he uses it most of the time thus not really leaving witnesses to his bestial form.>

Background:

Alexander had no name in the beginning of his existence but then, nobody was there to call him anything anyway. Born in a very primeval time, he was more of a prey at the time to much bigger beasts. But he evolved, learned, stalked and became stronger, surviving through the many ages of his life until humankind became a civilization and found that magical animals are worthy or worship.

Alexander never enjoyed being regarded as somewhat of a deity by early humans. It was far from the level of attention he wanted from the outside world. Wyverns were already rare in the beginning of time. By the time humans became prevalent, they were mostly extinct, partly due to their solitary life-style and suspicious, careful nature but also the combination of all that and the lesser fertility of the Elder Races.

For many ages, Alexander kept away from civilization and under the radar of the powerful Wyr, preferring to stay an anonymous shadow wherever he went. But a few hundred years ago, his luck ran out. He was sought out by the henchmen of the Dragon that had taken to the title of the Lord of the Wyr and made to kneel as opposed to having been destroyed. As a smart creature, he submitted and as a non-ambitious person, it suited him just fine. It took half a century for him to demonstrate his skill, strength and wisdom and complete lack of desire to rule the world. He was appointed the leader of the European Wyr and as long as he does what the Dragon ultimately wants and plans, Alexander is left to his own devices. Just how he prefers it.

Character Goal: To keep the Wyr interests in Europe in order and in line with what the Dragon wishes. To safeguard and hold up the Wyr way of life for any affiliated Wyr, supplying jobs, security, homes and other perks in return of their service in whatever form it would be. Alexander seeks no personal glory or wealth, supposedly having had plenty of that already from the time of his life when he was still independent and wild. Instead, he merely wants to protect his people as well as the human society as the least Powerful race. It is said that they intrigue him but curiously, not many humans actually get close to this elusive Wyr Commander... Perhaps there is something he fears in them?
